NUKBORD / PRODUCT MANUAL12 practical guides

A clear way into the workstation

Know your tools.
Make them yours.

Start with an account, build your workspace, prepare deliberately and keep the record. Follow practical instructions for the controls in front of you.

Published manual introduction

The guides below are the product manual. An optional published introduction can add context; it does not replace the search, instructions or account help.

01 / Find your next task

Choose a job.

Each guide includes preparation, ordered steps, checks and the limits that matter.

02 / Getting started

Your first workspace

Move from your NukBord account to a selected trading account and a workspace you understand. Start with practice and inspect the connection before preparing anything.

01

Sign in and check access

  1. Use your NukBord email

Use normal Sign in and complete the emailed code or sign-in link. The website takes you to Account; the Windows app uses the same NukBord account.

  2. Read the account result

In Account, review Subscription and Billing & invoices separately. Recorded access and a billing issue can coexist; an unavailable read does not prove that membership ended.

  3. Check the release

Open Download to see whether a member release is published and whether your account currently has access. Follow the releaseโ€™s actual instructions when available.

Check your work

You can identify the account you signed in with and distinguish access from a published release.

02

Choose a trading account

  1. Start the appโ€™s sign-in flow

The launcher progresses through Sign in and Trading account. A restored sign-in can skip the email form, but it does not choose a trading account for you.

  2. Inspect the account choice

Select a listed account and read its status. A remembered account may be highlighted; paused and unavailable connections remain visible. Practice accounts are labelled Simulated execution.

  3. Open explicitly

Use Open workstation for the selected available account. If the list could not be read, use Refresh accounts rather than treating that failure as an empty account list. Manage connections opens account management.

Check your work

The selected account and its connection status match the workspace you intended to open.

03

Know which controls do what

  1. Begin with a chart

Choose an instrument and timeframe in Charts. Side rails provide context; their selection is separate from the chart pane you are working on.

  2. Find the session controls

The app title bar holds session lamps, Alerts, the clock, Full/Boxed, Ledger, Status, Preferences and Menu. The account strip below remains an empty bar.

  3. Keep research separate

Browsing instruments, changing a layout, drawing, screening and preparing an Entry Pad draft do not send an order. Read Order safety before reviewing any execution or app-managed protection.

Check your work

You know the account, symbol and timeframe in view, and which actions remain research or drafts.

03 / Keep the definition handy
