What it is, and what it needs.
What is NukBord?
A Windows trading workstation for charting, order preparation, review and saved work. It is trading software, not a broker, and does not hold your money.
The public feature library describes 10 current capabilities, including charts, the Entry Pad and execution review.
What do I need on my computer?
A local MetaTrader 5 connection needs MetaTrader 5, Python 3.11 and the MetaTrader5 package installed on the same PC. NukBord does not install them, and that connection has not yet been qualified for customer use.
No Mac or Linux desktop release is offered here. Specific customer hardware and broker compatibility are not qualified by the browser guide.
Is the local MT5 connection ready for customer use?

A practice or recorded-data demonstration is separate from qualification for your broker account and setup.
What works without a connection?
Saved layouts, charts, drawings, journal and recordings reopen without a connection, and backups are verified before they restore.
Offline review cannot place trades. Trading needs the authenticated online connection.

Does the tour use my account or send orders?
No. The browser tour uses simulated chart data and an illustrative draft. It sends no orders, makes no broker connection and does not create an account or subscription.
The tour's draft and kept note stay in that page only; refreshing clears them.
Is the browser tour a live broker trial?
It is an interactive illustration of the workflow. It does not grant live trading access, an installer or a free membership period.

Do protection rules keep running after I close the app?
Trailing stops, stop-to-entry and partial targets are run by the app, and only while it is open, signed in and connected. When the app is closed, only the stop-loss and take-profit held by your broker remain.
Can a backtest or screen send an order?
Screens, backtests and paper simulation never send orders
Backtest and paper results are hypothetical. They are calculated on past data with the assumptions you set, do not reflect real trading costs or fills, and do not predict future results.

Membership & billing
Compare proposed terms and check current purchase availability.
Where can I see the current price?
Pricing compares the proposed monthly, one-year and ten-year offers, which are not open for purchase. Its separate current purchase section shows the configured recurring price and availability. Stripe handles any available checkout; comparing a proposed term does not select a checkout price.
What does membership include?
One membership covers the public workstation features while the membership is active. Available software, connector qualification and third-party broker or data access are separate questions.
How do renewal and cancellation work?
The following applies to the currently configured recurring membership. The one-year and ten-year offers are upfront fixed terms: access starts when payment succeeds and ends after the purchased term, with no automatic renewal. Those offers remain unavailable for purchase while refund, tax and remaining purchase terms are finalized.
The membership renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.
Manage your card, download invoices and cancel at any time from your account page, through Stripe's secure billing portal.
If you cancel, the membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Who handles payment and card details?
Stripe handles payment checkout and the billing portal. NukBord does not see or store your full card number. Billing records can include limited payment-method details and invoice information.

How do I sign in?
Use the regular email-code sign-in. Completing sign-in opens your Account page, where your membership, billing and download state are checked.
New accounts are not open yet. Existing account holders can sign in to review membership and access their account.
Where is the Windows download?
The Windows app is not published yet. Members get the download on their account page when it is.
Your signed-in account checks eligibility before showing the download action. A published download does not by itself qualify a customer MT5 connection.
Can I purchase right now?
Purchases are currently unavailable. The Pricing page explains the applicable price, release or account restriction; no purchase is started by reading these pages.
Where do I go for setup or billing help?
Use the Manual for product guidance and Support for the available contact paths. Your Account page keeps signed-in support and billing actions with your own records.
